Return & Refund Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 5 hours. Once the products turn to production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 days processing)
  • The product itself is flawed
  • The quality of the printing is poor

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return & Replacement

We accepts returns and will issue a replacement within 30 days from the purchase or 7 days of the delivery
Replacement should match with any of bellow issues:

  • The product itself is flawed
  • The quality of the printing is poor
  • Item is damaged in transit
  • Incorrect item is delivered
  • Item not arrive within 30 days after purchase
